SIGNING THE OUT OF WORK LIST BOOKS

• In order sign the Out of Work List Books and bid on available job calls, you must have an activated account with “Union Worx” web-based dispatching software.    

• This is not a phone in bid system; you are required to use “Union Worx” to place bids on open jobs. 

• Local 1393 does not accept in person book signs. 

• Non-IBEW members must come into the hall the first time to complete new membership paperwork before registering for a Union Worx account. 

• All Applicants who sign the Out of Work List books must have a valid Photo ID/Driver’s License uploaded to the “Designations” of their account. 

• All Travelers are required to upload a current dues receipt to the “Designations” section of their account. 

Please refer to the Local 1393 Referral Rules and the Union Worx Q&A Help Document, which are both available on the Local 1393 website under the CONSTRUCTION tab. 

Once your account is created and approved, you may bid on jobs using your cloud login or you can download the Union Worx Mobile App to manage your account and bid on job calls.
